When you submit the quote form we collect the property address, your phone number, an optional email, and whatever you tell us about the situation. We use it for exactly one purpose: contacting you about possible lead paint services at that property. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to mailing lists. Ask us to delete your information at any time by calling (301) 610-3977.

Accreditation

Lead abatement and risk reduction work in covered Maryland housing must be performed by contractors accredited by the Maryland Department of the Environment, with clearance testing by independent MDE-accredited inspectors. All work arranged through LeadSafe Maryland is performed under those accreditations, and renovation work on pre-1978 homes follows the federal EPA RRP rule.

Not legal or medical advice

Nothing on this website is legal or medical advice. Statutory descriptions summarize public law that can change; pricing figures are published ranges, not quotes. For health concerns about lead exposure, talk to your pediatrician or the local health department, and rely on the site-specific testing and written quote for your own property decisions.
